CROSS COUNTRY INFORMATION (Strength Endurance Running) No experience is necessary, new runners/first time runner are welcome. We welcome all, just let us know your preference at sign-ups. Parents must participate in our fundraiser and volunteer to join the team.
On meet day, athletes will run 1 race on Saturday morning. The walk of the course will start at 8:00am before every meet.
The meet begins at 8:30am and ends by 11am for all athletes.

Sub-Gremlin, age 4-5 Run 1.2miles @ 8:45am (6 laps)
Gremlin, age 6-7 Run 1.2miles @ 8:45am (6 laps)
Bantam, age 8-9 Run 1.8miles @ 9:15am (7 1/2 laps
Midget, age 10-11 Run 2.8miles @ 9:45am (9 laps)
Youth, age 12-13 Run 2.8miles @ 10:15am (9 laps)
